I’m a passionate McMillan Running certified coach with a deep-rooted love for running and a track record to prove it. With finishes of three 100-mile races under my belt, multiple 100-kilometer races, and a wealth of experience conquering countless 50-mile and 50-kilometer races, I understand the grit, determination, and strategic training it takes to tackle ultramarathon distances. But my expertise doesn’t stop there. I’ve also clocked in numerous 5K, 10K, and half-marathon events, each race contributing to a treasure trove of knowledge and insights that I’m eager to share with you.
